Ellinogermaniki Agogi

The buildings of Ellinogermaniki Agogi (EA) are part of the pilots of GAIA in Greece. EA is one of the largest private schools in Greece, and covers every degree of education from nursery to high school.  The total number of students attending EA each year is close to 2200. There are 8 classrooms where GAIA sensing infrastructure has been installed, while 3 GAIA power meters monitor the area of the building that is utilized for the project’s activities. The power meters are placed in junction boxes in the building of the Primary School of EA to measure the power consumption of each one of the classrooms that participate in the project. A single sensor box is also placed in each of the 8 classrooms to monitor the environmental conditions in real time.
