The ‘GAIA Summer School 2017’ teacher seminar was organized by EA in Athens on 8-9 July 2017. It constituted the culmination of a process initiated in May 2017, when EA and CTI addressed all Greek schools participating in GAIA with an invitation to prepare and submit their Initial GAIA Action Plans for the following school year, 2017-2018.
The seminar was successful in achieving its objective, which was to facilitate teachers to elaborate and enrich their plans for GAIA activities in their schools further, through intensive discussions and exchange of ideas among them and between them and project staff.
